Who is submitting the Return Request?

As the requester, you are responsible to return the items listed in this Warranty Request. Any items not returned within the 45 day return period will be invoiced to the requester. 

Who is receiving the replacement and returning the bad device?

If you do not hear from a representative within one business day, we may be closed for the holidays. You may contact us directly at the phone number listed above. Audio Enhancement observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
