EPIC System

Audio Enhancement, Inc. is pleased to invite technicians to be professionally trained on the hardware used in EPIC (Education Paging & Intercom Communications) System™. This training will help you master the new products that are changing the way schools enhance the learning environment with networked technologies.

This multi-day course offers attending technicians the opportunity for hands-on learning of EPIC hardware, device installation, setup, and troubleshooting. Participants will not be programming or configuring any devices in this course. Programming and configuration will take place in the Level 2 EPIC Programming & Commissioning Certification course.

Reseller's technicians must pass the hardware and installation course in order for their company to install Audio, SAFE System, VIEWpath and EPIC System or attend an "EPIC Programming & Commissioning Certification" course.

*This is an overview providing basic training for installation and use of end-user controls. This is not a certification training for EPIC System. The EPIC Programming & Commissioning Certification course is held separately.
