Warranty Return Policy:
Any non-functioning items may be returned to Audio Enhancement in new or like new condition for a replacement device within the specified warranty period. All returns must be accompanied by a return number issued by Audio Enhancement. A return shipping label will be sent in the box with the replacement device. To obtain warranty information, a return number, or return label please call 800.932.3578. Any items returned without an Audio Enhancement issued return number may not be processed for credit. Additionally, any items returned that were not on the original return request may not be processed for credit.
General Return & Exchange Policy:
Items may be returned to Audio Enhancement in new or like new condition for full credit, within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returns must be accompanied by an Audio Enhancement issued return number. To obtain a return number please call 800.932.3578. Return shipping costs will be paid for by Audio Enhancement if the return is the result of our error. Damaged products or products not in “like new” condition will not be accepted. Items returned later than 30 days after the original invoice date will not receive full credit and may not be accepted. Additionally, any items returned without an Audio Enhancement issued Return Number will not be processed for credit. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
There is an inspection period of 5 days after delivery.
