Make Back To School A Breeze!

Some quick reminders from Audio Enhancement to make Back To School go as smoothly as possible.

Charge Batteries

Make sure the first days of classes go without a hitch, ensure that XD Teacher and Student Microphones are fully charged overnight. 

Update Bell Schedule

Use EPIC System to review or set bell schedules for the upcoming school year. Ensure bell times, events, and map zones are correct.

Run SAFE Alert

To make sure SAFE System is operating correctly, check that:

  • - Room numbers are correctly assigned within EPIC System
  • - Text & Email alerts are reaching the correct staff 
  • - SAFE Alerts are visible on the EPIC System Kiosk 

Validate VIEWPath

To ensure VIEWPath is still configured optimally, check that:

  • - Room numbers are correctly assigned within EPIC System
  • - Cameras are online
  • - Teachers still maintain access to MyWorkshop
